Group Hypnobirthing Antenatal Courses Rhondda
My Group Hypnobirthing courses are held in the cosy and private Siloh chapel, Gelligroes, Blackwood
I have personally used the hypnobirthing tools I’m going to teach you, in both of my pregnancies and births, two very different experiences and both incredibly empowering.
My goal is for you to feel calm and relaxed about labour, to help you figure out what a positive birth would feel like for you, then give you all of the knowledge, breathing techniques and pain management tools you need to help that happen.
I will never tell you that a positive birth has to look a certain way. Take this from a mum and hypnobirthing teacher who has had an incredibly positive induction story!
HOME BIRTH USING HYPNOBIRTHING IN RHONDDA VALLEYS
Sam and Owen had an unexpected home birth after completing my hypnobirthing course in Pontypridd, RCT after a super short labour and no time to get to the hospital! Read their story here
