The impact your calm/stress hormones have on your body during labour
How your mindset around birth influences whether you have a easier or more difficult birth experience
This session is perfect for you if you’re
around 13 weeks or more
You’re interested in hypnobirthing and want to find out if it’s right for you
You’re keen to find out how you can be calmer and more relaxed going in to labour and have a positive experience of giving birth
